Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is looking for an Administrative and Logistics Clerk to support its daily operations .
This is a 3 to 6 month temporary position, that could be extended.

Advantages
- Location: Downtown Montreal
- Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Contract duration: Temporary role
- Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Shipping & Logistics: Manage the shipping and tracking of documents, IT equipment, and office supplies. Receive, unpack, and distribute incoming IT hardware.
- Reception Support: Act as the primary backup at the reception desk during rounds, breaks, lunch hours, PTO, and other absences.
- Facilities & Maintenance Management: Liaise with building management for maintenance requests (temperature control, lighting, cleanliness, etc.) and coordinate service calls for office equipment (printers, water dispensers, coffee machines).
- General Administrative Support:
* Request parking passes and monthly subscriptions for Executives and Vice-Presidents.
* Submit requests to suppliers, ensure service delivery, and control costs.
* Coordinate small or large furniture moves and room reconfigurations.
* Prepare and send welcome kits and IT peripherals to new hires.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma (DEP) or college diploma in office administration is an asset.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative support, logistics, or reception role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, versatility, initiative, and a high sense of customer service.
Our Client operates across Canada, and globally/internationally in the United States and other countries. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
-communicate with English-speaking clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a regular basis
-work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English
