Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
This is a contract position with a strong possibility of extension or a permanent position based on your performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
Apply conformal coating to PCBs using manual or automated methods (spray, dip, or brush).
Mask and unmask sensitive components before and after coating.
Inspect coated boards to ensure complete and accurate application.
Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.
Maintain and clean coating equipment regularly.
Document production activities and maintain records accurately.
Work closely with quality control and production teams to meet deadlines and standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in conformal coating or electronic assembly
Familiarity with coating materials such as acrylic, silicone, or urethane.
Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and work instructions.
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
