You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service to their valued customers. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the go-to person for handling quotation requests, processing orders with precision, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. You'll also collaborate closely with various internal departments to facilitate special purchases and assembly requirements, making this a fantastic opportunity to contribute directly to their customer satisfaction and overall success.

Responsibilities
Receive requests via email or phone for quotations
Processing orders and managing lead times from customers
Make quotations on standard items
Order Entry
Relay pertinent info to customers
Coordinate with other departments in handling special purchase items or items requiring assembly while providing service to customers
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills,
Superior written and verbal skills
Self motivated
Detail oriented
Works well in a fast paced environment
Fast learner
High school diploma plus 2-3 years customer service experience
MS Office skills and some knowledge of CRT necessary, Goldmine and/or Quoteworks an asset
Previous background in HVAC, boilerhouse, or steam systems an asset
