Advantages
* Highly competitive base salary between $50,000 and $60,000, based on your level of experience.

Responsibilities
* Professionally respond to calls and emails from commercial clients across Canada.
* Enter orders into the computer system with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proactively suggest complementary products (cross-selling and upselling) to maximize every interaction.
* Provide essential administrative and logistical support to outside sales representatives.
* Manage merchandise returns and properly apply credits to customer accounts.
Qualifications
* Possess between 2 and 5 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or sales support role.
* Excellent proficiency with computer tools to ensure fast and efficient data entry.
* Demonstrate strong business acumen and a natural instinct for upselling.
* Show a high capacity for adaptability, resilience, and openness to constructive feedback.
* Have a sincere interest in the pet industry and pet welfare.
Language Justification
Our client operates across Canada. The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in spoken and written English. Specifically, this position will require the employee to cover a territory that extends beyond Quebec and requires daily communication with clients and business partners who do not speak French.
