Responsibilities
Cloud Strategy & Roadmap: Drive the evolution of enterprise cloud reference models, define cloud adoption strategies, and align strategic objectives with execution plans.
Hybrid Integration Architecture: Design modern application and integration patterns that smoothly bridge legacy data centers with multi-cloud environments.
Governance & Cost Controls: Establish and optimize cloud governance frameworks, including deployment automation policies and FinOps practices.
Architecture Advisory & Facilitation: Lead architecture workshops, author technical positioning documents, and perform current-state diagnostics to chart actionable modernization roadmaps.
Coaching & Mentorship: Guide delivery architects on modern design patterns, resolve technical bottlenecks, and lead knowledge-transfer initiatives.
Artifact Creation: Produce comprehensive architecture models, transition blueprints, tech-watch reports, and executive presentations..
Qualifications
Senior Architecture Expertise: Extensive experience in enterprise, integration, or cloud architecture roles within large institutional ecosystems.
In-Depth Technical Mastery: Solid foundation in modern cloud environments, API-driven integration, hybrid infrastructures, and DevOps practices.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess complex systems, formulate clear recommendations, and communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders.
Facilitation & Leadership: Strong background in leading workshops, establishing consensus, and mentoring realization teams on modern paradigms.
Education & Certifications: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are strong assets.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
