Contracts Administrator – Financial Services

Responsibilities
- Ensure that appropriate documents are collected, reviewed, and submitted to secure financial interest in leased or financed equipment
- File and manage legal security documentation and track lien search results
- Collaborate with internal teams, and customers to confirm contract requirements are met
- Review and interpret contracts, credit conditions, and application materials for completeness
- Enter and maintain contract data and filing records in internal systems with high accuracy
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep everyone updated on contract status and timelines
- Meet tight deadlines and prioritize competing requests while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Experience working with financial contracts, leasing, secured lending, or document processing
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfort working with internal databases and contract management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, law, or a related field; a Bachelor of Commerce or major in Finance is considered an asset
- Bilingual in French and English would be a strong asset but is not required for this version of the role
