As a B2B Customer Service Representative. We are looking for individuals for whom customer service is a true calling. This is a strategic role that goes far beyond simply taking calls: you will act as the central hub between production, logistics, and major national accounts.
This position will allow you to evolve in a stimulating environment and manage complex business relationships on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact for key accounts (grocery chains, distributors).
Coordinate orders and resolve billing or logistics disputes using a solution-oriented approach.
Collaborate closely with production and finance departments to ensure operational fluidity.
Manage complex situations requiring resilience and advanced analytical skills.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a B2B Customer Service Representative or in a manufacturing administrative role.
Perfectly bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
Demonstrate a true passion for customer service and the ability to go above and beyond simple task execution.
Naturally drawn to the food industry and consumer goods (CPG).
Ability to thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
