Responsibilities
- Process daily invoicing and validate shipped orders using the ERP system.
- Manage data entry and tracking for customer orders (manual and EDI).
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
- Coordinate the shipping of samples and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with the production and sales departments.
- Assist with general office operations (mail management and office supplies).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (manufacturing sector, an asset).
- High adaptability, autonomy, and resourcefulness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Linguistic justification: Our client operates in both Canada and the United States. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English and French (oral and written). Specifically, this position will require the employee to communicate with English-speaking clients and partners located outside of Quebec on a daily basis.
