- Collaborates with departmental, Branch and organizational wide stakeholders to identify use cases
for improving data collection, implementing new data use cases, optimizing system integration, and
automation, and provide guidance and recommendations.
- Partnerswith the Data & Analytics (D&A) team to propose solutions and strategies for the continuous
development of the Data Management (DM) program and the execution of organizational DM
business transformation initiatives.
- Establishes and nurtures an external network in the Cloud computing, Data & Analytics (D&A), and
Data Science (DS) domains to exchange information on industry best practices.

1) Accountabilities
Business Operation Support and Continuous Improvement
- Architects and designs the infrastructure that supports data science workflows, ensuring scalability,
performance, and reliability.
- Leads the designs and architecture of data science solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and
maintainability.
- Develops and leads the data solution strategy for the organization, identifying opportunities for
innovation and improvement in data collection, analysis, and utilization.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that address
business challenges and opportunities.
- Identifies and utilizes our client's existing data to harness emerging capabilities in data science, artificial
intelligence, large language models, and machine learning.
- Identifies and exploits opportunities to optimize the data collection including but not limited, Robotic
process automation (RPA).
- Leads and coordinatesthe design and technical aspects of data collection and data use cases for Data
& Analytics (D&A), Data Science (DS), and IT productivity solutions. This includes communication with
management, stakeholders, and implementers.
- Provides technical expertise in the design and assists in implementation, maintenance, and
interoperability of our client systems and solutions.
- Represents data and solution interests within the IT architecture body; influences architectural
decisions to prioritize data-centricity and aligns with Data/Cloud/Information policies and strategies.
- Assists in the design and implementation of innovative solutions to support Data Management (DM)
operations and adhere to best practices.
- Evaluates and recommends new or emerging tools/technologies/methodologies to enhance our client's
data capabilities.
- Stays updated on emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and solution innovation.
Qualifications
IV. Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with specialization in computer science,
information technology/management, or another specialty relevant to the duties of the position or
an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum eight (8) years progressive experience in IT, including five (5) years experience in the design
and delivery of complex and large-scale technical projects applying in solution development and
architecture.
- Two plus (2+) years of experience leading wide-scale Data science initiatives(Data & Analytics, Data
Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Robot Process Automation)
using cloud computing.
- A minimum of two years experience in cloud computing solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience providing advice and preparing reports, plans, recommendations and briefing material for
others, including senior management.
Valuable
- Project Management experience.
- Experience leading complex business transformation projects.
- Prior experience leading and facilitating teams or working groups.
- Experience and understanding of complex computer hardware, data, data centers, and software
environments.
- Broad understanding of impacts and considerations for IT Security.
- Virtualization knowledge such as hardware platforms, storage, network resources and how
virtualization can play a role in modern solutions
- Knowledge of various operating systems and databases
