Job Title: ERP Coordinator (Materials Planning)

Duration: Perm - Full-time

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the ERP Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to:
•Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of part information, drawings, and BOMs into the ERP system.
•Assist with the setup of new production jobs within the ERP system, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured.
•Reviews and updates job and order due dates in the ERP system in response to changes in production or customer demand.
•Monitor on hand inventory levels and safety stock thresholds; trigger replenishment as needed
•Reviews and updates job and order due dates in the ERP system in response to changes in production or customer demand.
•generate reports on data accuracy and production status from the ERP system.
•Assists with the coordination of job priorities and workflow within the manufacturing environment using ERP work queues
•Works closely with engineering and production to ensure data accuracy between estimated and actual cycle time.
•Utilizes basic knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD to interpret drawings and extract necessary information for ERP data entry.
•Supports the production scheduling process by providing accurate data and assisting with schedule adjustments.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
•Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Technology, or related field (required)
•Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment
•Epicor ERP experience is a strong asset
Skills:
Communication Skills
•Professionally and effectively communicate (verbal and written) with suppliers, production, and engineering teams
•Give and receive positive and constructive feedback
•Partner with management to analyze and solve supply chain issues
Analytical Aptitude
•Strong Excel
•Ability to interpret MRP data and adjust forecasts dynamically
•Detail oriented with a bias for proactive problem solving
Computer Skills
•Proficient in Epicor ERP (MRP, Purchase Order modules)
•Microsoft 365 Suite
Problem Solving / Decision Making
•Thrive in a fast paced environment by setting priorities and executing strategically
•Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to optimize lot sizes and minimize stockouts
