💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and/or email
Providing accurate information and resolving issues in a professional manner
Navigating internal systems to update records
Escalating complex cases when necessary
Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience in every interaction
🕒 Schedule:
Availability required Monday to Friday between 8 AM – 11 PM EST
May include weekend shifts depending on business needs
🏡 Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid position – candidates must be based in or near Winnipeg
On-site requirements and work-from-home days may vary depending on the client
A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for the remote portion of the role
✅ Requirements:
Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
High school diploma required
Post-secondary education preferred
If no post-secondary education, minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems
