The Inside Sales Representative is a vital member of the team, serving as the first point of contact for new business opportunities while maintaining the high standards of customer care that the brand is known for. In this Randstad Professional role, you will be responsible for generating and following up on commercial leads, converting inbound and outbound opportunities into successful partnerships. You will work closely with Business Development Managers to expand the North American distribution network, ensuring that every interaction reflects the premium nature of the products and the excellence of our customer care department.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building rapport with B2B customers. You will manage the full sales cycle for leads, from initial contact to converting detailed lighting plans into confirmed orders, all while providing exceptional customer care. The Mississauga office serves as the second-largest global hub for the company, offering a collaborative environment where you can see the products in action in their onsite showcase.

Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to drive revenue and customer care excellence
• Convert potential leads into long-term partners and brand ambassadors through persuasive communication
• Support Business Development Managers in expanding the dealer network and achieving growth objectives
• Collaborate with the Light Design team (LAB) to present inspiring and technical lighting plans to clients
• Provide expert advice on specific product applications, ensuring high-quality customer care and satisfaction
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize value for the partner
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within HubSpot and SAP systems
• Participate in trade shows, partner meetings, and commercial projects to increase brand visibility
• Leverage digital tools and AI to identify trends and optimize the customer care and sales workflow
Qualifications
• College diploma or Bachelor's degree in a commercial, business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales, account management, or customer care role
• Proven track record in a B2B environment is highly preferred
• Full-time availability to work onsite at the Mississauga office
• Strong administrative skills and experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or SAP
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a significant asset for the Canadian market
• Affinity for technical, modern, or design-driven products and high-end aesthetics
• Strong work ethic with a focus on team collaboration, reliability, and professional integrity
