détails d'emploi
Our client, a large scale organization, is seeking a senior IT Analyst to lead major technological adoption initiatives.
...
Although the official title is IT Analyst, this role requires true expertise in change management. The primary objective is to support a vast community of over a thousand developers in adopting new practices and technologies. You will act as a strategic complement to technical teams by providing a rigorous structure to facilitate developer onboarding. We are looking for an individual capable of acting as a highly effective driving force behind the scenes to generate documentation, presentations, and the overall synthesis of the approach.
This is a one year contract with strong possibilities for renewal at 35 hours per week. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel required to the Montreal or Quebec City offices.
Advantages
Play a key role in the technological transformation of a massive developer community.
Secure a stable one year contract offering excellent long term renewal potential.
Enjoy a flexible work environment operating primarily remotely.
Collaborate closely with technical experts to structure innovative onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
Actively support the transition and adoption of new tools for a large community of software developers.
Generate comprehensive documentation, strategic presentations, and the complete synthesis of onboarding initiatives.
Act as the strategic engine for change management to structure the integration of development teams.
Complement the expertise of technologists by providing a rigorous transition management framework.
Facilitate onboarding sessions and ensure seamless communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Senior level experience in an analytical or change management role within complex technological environments.
Proven expertise in applying structured change management frameworks including recognized methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
Strong ability to produce clear documents and impactful presentations to simplify technical concepts.
Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate between technological requirements and human adaptation needs.
Perfect bilingualism in French and English is strictly required to effectively support English speaking teams while operating within a Francophone environment.
**Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.**
Summary
We are looking for a change management expert acting under the title of IT Analyst to guide the onboarding of over a thousand developers. If you master methodologies like Prosci or ADKAR and are seeking a one year remote mandate based in Quebec, this opportunity will perfectly align with your career goals.
