Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Propose and develop innovative IT strategies that support the company's growth
• Establish strategic relationships with various business functions and be a leader in IT change management
• Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the performance of the local IT infrastructure
• Implementing the cloud architecture and defining the practices around it
• Ensuring the integrity and security of the IT systems in place
• Implementing the best security procedures and policies
• Responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating the team
• Responsible for supplier relations and contract negotiations in conjunction with the department
Qualifications
You have the following qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in IT management
• Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365)
• Networking (DNS, DHCP, Firewall, Routing and Switching, VLAN, SD-WAN)
• VMware virtualization and storage solutions
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud solutions
• Knowledge of security standards (NIST 800, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, etc.)
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBI
• Experience in project management and IT architecture
• Bilingual
