Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Lead and own the end-to-end technical recruiting process — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
Source, engage, and win top-tier candidates for challenging and highly technical roles—think iOS developers, software engineers, full-stack engineers, and more.
Partner as a subject matter expert with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and the Talent Acquisition team.
Tackle recruiting roadblocks: Proactively identify red flags/issues and find creative solutions to keep your hiring pipelines strong.
Guide candidates and clients through a world-class experience—counseling, facilitating consensus meetings, and coaching at every stage.
Autonomously develop and execute winning recruiting and sourcing strategies—network, deep-dive, and make it happen.
Practice flawless attention to detail (because execution matters!).
Qualifications
3–5 years’ full lifecycle tech recruiting experience (agency and/or corporate)
Proven hands-on recruiting for software engineers (iOS, frontend, backend, Java, etc.), with real understanding of technical stacks
Ability to speak “tech” and effectively screen developers and engineers
1–2 years’ experience crafting and executing successful recruiting strategies
Strong at stakeholder management: You keep hiring managers informed and engaged, balancing speed, quality, and experience
Born problem-solver—quick to spot and resolve issues before they escalate
Motivated, influential communicator (written & verbal)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
