Responsibilities
• Work with management on creation and or delivery of business communications.
• Work with project team to ensure successful business adoptions is achieved for the Safety Radio Network (PSRN) project.
Qualifications
Must haves:
• Demonstrated experience in providing regular progress updates and reports to various audience levels including Project Managers, project Sponsors, Executive Sponsors.
• Proven data analysis skills to collect and synthesize data and make data driven recommendations.
• Experience in large scale safety IT projects.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
• Supports the Governance and Communications Management team by delivering documentation, process flows and reporting analysis on project deliverables.
• As part of the OCM team, supports the development of communication strategies, plans and deliverables and tracks their delivery.
• Conducts business analysis; develops process flows and guides, documents roles and responsibilities for multiple streams.
• Develops templates for communications for the purpose of re-use across multiple streams.
• Supports/creates the design of power point presentations, and other communication solutions for stakeholder and internal presentations and information sharing.
• Tracks and documents data from project information (i.e. user equipment, service readiness) using multiple Microsoft tools (visio and excel). Using business intelligence tools, develop dashboards and scorecards to support project reporting.
• Provides regular progress updates and reporting at various audience levels; including regular input and updates to the Project Managers, project Sponsors, Executive Sponsors, and partners.
• Collaborates with teams in Project streams and with partners on documentation and communications as per the PSRN Communication Plan.
• Leads and conducts business analysis to assess develop process flows, roles and responsibilities and system inputs to support new business processes.
• Develops dashboards, reports and scorecards to support cross stream reporting, analysis and progress reports.
• Monitors progress of communication activities and deliverables and reports regularly to the management and clients’ decision makers.
• Develops performance measures for business analysis evaluation and conducts follow-up.
• Stakeholder management of diverse stakeholders with different interests.
• Participate in Knowledge transfer.
Skills and Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Office productivity and collaboration tools (such as powerpoint, excel, word, sharepoint, visio, teams and outlook.
• Experience in developing process flow diagrams, roles and responsibilities descriptions and development or processes/procedures.
• Technical writing skills to develop procedures and processes.
• Data analysis skills to collect and synthesize data and make recommendations based on data collected.
• Organizational change management and development of I&IT communications experience.
• Demonstrated experience creating content in an engineering, IT or technical environment.
