Supervise and provide coaching to line workers

Qualifications
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing
Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a cold, refrigerated setting
Strong communication and coaching skills
Reliable and able to work assigned shifts consistently
