This position requires work samples that can be shared with the hiring manager during the application process, due to privacy issues these can not be shared via google drive or one drive.

Responsibilities
Your Impact:
You will consult, design, and develop engaging and accessible learning experiences that support complex, highly visible projects. Your ability to simplify complex information, collaborate with subject matter experts, and act as a trusted advisor will be crucial.
We're Looking for Someone Who Can:
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging learning content and technical documentation (procedures, job aids).
• Confidently facilitate large group sessions and platform training.
• Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Analyze data to drive learning effectiveness.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a highly professional approach.
• (Performance will be supported through participation in relevant training.)
Key Accountabilities:
• Support the delivery of timely, high-quality learning for complex projects.
• Work directly with SMEs to capture knowledge and address performance gaps.
• Design and develop interactive blended learning solutions.
Qualifications
Must Have:
• 7+ years of Instructional Design and Development experience.
• Experience in the banking industry.
• Experience supporting complex, fast-paced financial industry learning projects.
• Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) skills.
Nice to Have:
• Educational background in Instructional Design / Adult Learning.
• Advanced skills in creating accessible learning deliverables across all modalities.
