Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for transforming how people learn and grow? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Learning Enablement team, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering innovative, high-impact learning solutions across our organization.

Reporting to the Manager, Learning Enablement, you'll be the driving force behind diverse learning projects. You'll partner with business leaders, learning experts, and vendors to ensure we deliver top-notch blended learning experiences that empower our people and support our business goals.
This is a 12-month contract, which has potential to extend beyond the initial contract term. This is a hybrid role which requires the Project Manager to work onsite at our client's office 2 days per week.

Responsibilities
• Lead Complex Projects: Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle for high-complexity learning programs, from initial planning through design, development, and delivery. This includes both internal solutions and those developed with external partners.
• Navigate Learning Processes: Become an expert in our learning development and delivery processes, covering everything from virtual classrooms and e-learning to webinars and workshops.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: Support the onboarding and engagement of third-party learning partners.
• Drive Project Success: Develop and execute robust stakeholder engagement strategies, leveraging project management tools like charters, schedules, and change requests to maintain tight control and manage risks.
• Share Your Expertise: Contribute actively to the Learning Enablement team, sharing your project management best practices and staying on top of emerging trends.
Qualifications
Must Have:
• Proven Project Management: Minimum of 7 years of project/program management experience, ideally in a learning or adult training environment.
• Certifications: PMP and SCRUM certifications are essential, along with experience working in Agile or Agile Hybrid environments.
• Agile Proficiency: You'll need to demonstrate concrete examples of your Agile project management experience during the interview.
• Mastery of Project Management Frameworks: A deep understanding of project management frameworks and how to effectively use assets like charters, schedules, and risk management plans to ensure clarity and execution.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building relationships and driving consensus.
• Problem-Solving & Agility: A solutions-focused mindset, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and a knack for navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Project, and experience with collaboration tools like Adobe Connect, MS Teams, and SharePoint. Experience supporting eLearning across multiple platforms (e.g., HTML5 output).
Nice to Have:
• Experience managing L&D projects, especially in a corporate training or banking environment.
• An Agile mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience with Jira.
• The ability to provide specific, impactful examples of your project management experience and engage in meaningful behavioral discussions during interviews.
