This is a hybrid position that requires you to be onsite at our client's office two days per week until November, at which point it will increase to four days per week.

Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of the project portfolio and how assigned projects align with long-term business priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of L&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications, tailoring your approach to various levels of the organization.
• Support the vendor selection and onboarding process for third-party learning solutions.
• Actively manage project risks and issues, and report on progress to project teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with L&D partners to develop delivery strategies, communication plans, and maintenance plans.
• Conduct project retrospectives and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging trends in project management, including Agile and hybrid practices.
• Contribute to the broader project management community by sharing expertise and participating in professional development.
Qualifications
• 7-10 years of experience in project management, with experience in a learning or adult training environment.
• Experience managing medium-to-high complexity projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project and the MS Office suite.
• A university degree.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence, and tailor communications to different audiences.
• A thorough understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in the financial industry is a strong asset.
• Project management experience within L&D is strongly preferred.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications are considered a strong asset.
