Title: Logistics Clerk, Flatbed Division
- Full-time permanent position, day shift 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (flexible) Monday to Friday
- Salary based on experience, approximately 50k

Responsibilities
Title: Logistics Clerk, Flatbed Division
- Foster communication with clients to clearly identify their needs and obtain the necessary information for order taking (primarily via email).
- Transmit accurate information within a short timeframe to the appropriate Flatbed transport division.
- Perform daily follow-ups with the Transport Director to stay informed of challenges and developments related to customer requests (KPI: volume vs. capacity).
- Create orders and attach the required documents for the three Flatbed divisions.
- Respond to requests and assist the Flatbed dispatch team.
- Support the billing team as needed.
- Ensure the tracking of various clients' inventories as well as their terms and conditions.
- Schedule delivery appointments for our trucks at client locations.
- Provide proofs of delivery upon request.
- Update various operational reports.
- Participate in the team's continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on special projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of various transport software
- Diploma in transport and logistics / supply chain (an asset)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
