Responsibilities
-Plan and coordinate transportation, from submission to delivery, ensuring timeliness and carrier satisfaction
-Liaise between road technicians, the logistics service and external partners for efficient operations
-Manage parts and inventory by performing transfers, follow-ups, and closing work orders
-Prepare shipping and customs documents, validate parts before billing and keep the price list up to date
-Support teams during mobile app related issues and follow up on repackaging requests
-Participate in the activities of the logistics department and maintain fluid communication with colleagues and internal partners
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English
• 2 years experience as a service dispatcher
• DEP in a related field, an asset
• Computer skills
• Good customer service and work organization skills
