Responsibilities
-Assisting account manager with operational business support
-Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
-Act as a point of contact between clients, carriers, sales, and internal teams
-Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues or escalations professionally
-Prepare, review, and manage shipment documentation
-Monitor shipments and proactively address delays or issues
-Maintain accurate and organized records in internal systems
Qualifications
-Bilingual English and French Required
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics
-Ability to handle lanes across North America including Canada/cross border USA
-Ability to work under pressure
-Strong problem solving skills
