This is a plant-based food manufacturing position in Vaughan, offering the opportunity to be directly involved in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
We are seeking an Industrial Electrician with strong PLC and automation experience to join our team in Vaughan, where you'll contribute to maintaining a wide range of production and facility equipment.

Competitive pay ($42-$44/hour), depending on years of experience + hands-on skillset.

12-hour Afternoon or Night shifts available (work 3 days, 4 days off - continental schedule) in Vaughan.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, complete reports, and ensure compliance with safety and food safety regulations.
Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
Read equipment manuals and work orders to guide maintenance tasks.
Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment for repairs.
Inspect and test systems using various testing devices to diagnose and fix faults.
Repair and calibrate components like sensors, transmitters, and PLCs.
Qualifications
442A License.
Electro-Mechanical education.
3+ years Food / Packaging Industry experience.
PLC and Industrial Automation experience.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Experience with Microsoft Office related applications i.e. Excel, Outlook is required.
Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively lead a team.
