Responsibilities
1) Social Media
Plan and manage the content calendar across all platforms
Create, write, and publish content aligned with brand identity
Manage community engagement (messages, comments, reviews) in collaboration with internal teams
Analyze performance and prepare monthly and annual reports
Draft contest rules and legal content
Conduct ongoing competitive and market monitoring
Produce video content, including in-store shoots when required
2) Digital Content & Newsletters
Plan, design, and deploy newsletters aligned with the marketing calendar
Monitor and analyze performance (weekly reporting)
Optimize campaigns using tools such as Klaviyo and industry best practices
Propose content ideas based on trends and competitive insights
Contribute to website content creation (homepage, editorial pages)
Qualifications
Passion for furniture, interior design, and social media trends
Strong creativity with the ability to produce inspiring and engaging content
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
Ability to turn ideas into impactful, results-driven content
Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytical mindset
Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Bilingual (English and French) (written and spoken)
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
Autonomy, proactivity, and strong sense of initiative
Strong interest in digital trends and competitive analysis
Comfortable on camera and creating video content
Willingness to travel to stores when needed
Strong proficiency in Klaviyo (campaign creation, segmentation, automation, and performance analysis)
Solid knowledge of social media platforms and best practices (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
