Customer Marketing Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

Our client, a leading global organization, is looking for a Customer Marketing Coordinator for a 6-month contract in Canada. Responsibilities
- Provide daily project management and administrative support to the Customer Marketing team.
- Support the development and execution of customer campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets, calendars, and inventory.
- Handle departmental administrative tasks, including onboarding and meeting coordination.
- Process Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices.
- Assist Customer Marketing Managers with campaign implementation and process improvement.
- Contribute to team training and cross-training.
Qualifications
- College or University degree (business or finance admin preferred).
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a demanding environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and aptitude for corporate systems (VEEVA, Concur, Axapta, GBS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication (bilingual is a plus).
- Ability to handle high-volume requests and changing priorities.
