We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to manage and oversee our clients payroll operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems, tax laws, and company policies.

Responsibilities
Process payroll for [number] employees on a [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] basis.
Maintain and update payroll records and employee data (new hires, terminations, salary changes, etc.).
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies regarding wages, taxes, and reporting.
Calculate and issue wages, deductions, bonuses, and commissions accurately.
Manage employee benefits deductions and coordinate with HR for updates.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Clerk, or similar role.
Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday, SAP, QuickBooks).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.
Excellent organizational and numerical skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
Payroll certification (e.g., FPC, CPP, PCP) is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll administration.
