Responsibilities
As the Product Senior Consultant, you’ll:
Partner with a Business Systems Analyst, internal developers, and third-party teams to enhance internal platforms.
Support agile development cycles—planning, grooming, testing, and delivering.
Document requirements, user stories, and escaped defects in Azure DevOps.
Prepare sprint release notes and internal communications.
Facilitate team meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
Conduct feature research and collaborate on scalable, cost-effective design solutions.
Gather user feedback to help shape future enhancements.
Qualifications
Project Management: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder engagement.
Leadership: Able to guide teams and support delivery of the product vision.
Problem-Solving: Sharp decision-making and critical thinking under pressure.
Time Management: Able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
3–4 years of relevant experience in product support, business analysis, or software development.
Comfortable working in fast-paced tech environments with agile teams.
Skilled in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying issues and solutions.
Experience in commercial real estate or with property data platforms is a bonus, but not essential.
