Responsibilities
As a Program Manager delivering projects within the Data & AI (DnAI) and End-to-End Money Movement (E2EMM) Portfolio, you will lead the Generative AI and Advice AI Program, working with other Project Managers, Agile Delivery Leads and Project Coordinators to successfully deliver the projects within it, by providing expertise throughout all phases of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). You are an energetic and motivated individual who is highly organized with polished communication skills, and have a proven ability to establish and manage competing priorities, deliver complex projects, and align stakeholders to achieve and measure business outcomes.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience
10+ years of experience in IT project and program management
3+ years leading cross-functional project teams through the successful delivery of large-scale initiatives
Previous experience leading Generative AI, Agentic AI, and innovative solutions is required
Project Delivery experience in Data or Financial realms is an asset
Proven experience delivering projects with teams that include internal team members, and Vendors.
Understanding how to navigate both Agile and Waterfall processes through the delivery cycle, and manage multiple streams of work is key.
Proven leadership experience in managing cross functional teams and mentoring junior team members
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
