Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable web applications utilizing C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Microsoft Blazor.
Produce high-quality, testable, and maintainable code adhering to Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and modern design patterns.
Work collaboratively in an Agile team environment to consistently deliver project milestones.
Maintain and optimize SQL Server database layers while implementing ORM frameworks like NHibernate.
Create comprehensive, well-structured technical documentation in alignment with organizational standards.
Support application deployment and continuous integration within Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
Qualifications
Proven track record in full-stack web application development within large-scale environments.
In-depth expertise with C# or VB.NET, .NET Framework (4.0+), and ASP.NET MVC.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Blazor and Visual Studio (2020 or newer).
Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MVVM patterns, and ORM libraries (NHibernate).
Solid background in database design and querying with Microsoft SQL Server.
Practical understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Knowledge of Azure Cloud services and Microsoft 365 tools.
Strong synthesis and technical writing capabilities.
Knowledge of technical English is considered an asset.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
