Responsibilities
• Portfolio Management: Keeping portfolios up to date across seven functions
• Reporting: Monthly reporting to support CIO and operational health status
• High proficiency in Excel, creating pivots, and monthly status reporting
• Support: Ensuring internal delivery processes are followed
Qualifications
Required Technical Skills:
1. 5+ years of experience in portfolio management or project coordination
2. Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello)
3. Data analysis and reporting (Strong Excel is required)
4. Documentation and technical writing
5. Risk management and financial management, Scheduling and planning, Quality management and change management
6. Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom)
7. Risk and compliance tools
Nice to have:
1. Cloud platforms and database management (SQL)
2. Power BI, Tableau
3. Agile and Scrum methodologies
4. Workflow automation (Power Automate)
5. ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Required Soft Skills:
• Clear communication (verbal and written)
• Effective time management and multitasking
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Collaboration and relationship building
