We are hiring on behalf of a client in Calgary for a detail-oriented Hardware Receiver to join their team. This role focuses on the accurate receiving, inspection, and organization of furniture hardware and parts—no forklift operation required. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a furniture manufacturing or distribution setting and is comfortable handling small parts and inventory systems.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with occasional Saturday overtime from 7:00am to 12:00pm. The location is fully transit accessible.

Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments of hardware and furniture components
Unpack and verify shipments against documentation (packing slips, POs)
Organize and label items for storage in inventory locations
Track inventory movements and maintain accurate counts
Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors
Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
Experience receiving and organizing furniture hardware, fittings, and small parts
Strong attention to detail when checking shipments against packing slips
Previous experience with inventory tracking or warehouse management systems
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment without forklift use
CSA-approved steel toe boots required
Good communication and organizational skills
