Randstad Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a reputable document storage client. This role involves physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving, and arranging boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. The warehouse is conveniently located with access to public transit and free parking.

Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: $17/hr

Responsibilities
- Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop and bend for extended periods of time
- Work without assistance in order to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes including up and down inclines, stairs, and over changes in walking surface/elevation
- Read and write English
- Lift and move boxes, read labels, and process incoming and outgoing orders.
- Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes
- Operate hand held scanner
- Climb and balance on ladders
- Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance for prolonged periods
Qualifications
- comfort lifting boxes of documents weighing 50 lbs
- able to work in a walking and standing position for the majority of the role
- must be able to complete a criminal background check
Summary
Eligible candidates must be comfortable to have a criminal background check completed and may need to complete additional security clearances for certain projects.
