We are supporting their search for 3 fulltime permanent red seal millwrights to join their day shift maintenance team.

Straight Day Shifts: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Near Burnaby, in-city only, no travel needed

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, including conveyors, chain drives and hydraulic systems. Rebuild and overhaul equipment to ensure optimal performance
Conduct set-ups and PMs on various machines and equipment including industrial equipment.
Ensure accurate and timely inspections of all equipment. Maintain detailed service records and logs
Provide training and direction to junior technicians
Assist with the installation of new equipment and major modifications. Safely operate mobile equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, zoom booms)
Ensure the safe operation of each work area and each work project. Participate and lead safety-related discussions in Toolbox Talks meetings
Qualifications
What you bring:
Certified Red Seal Millwright
5+ years of experience working as a Millwright in an industrial manufacturing setting, with a focus on mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and comfortable working at heights up to 30ft
Successful candidates must undergo a Criminal Record Check
