Our client, located in Montreal, is seeking a Sales Assistant / Sales Administrator.
This key role consists of supporting daily commercial operations and acting as a liaison between local and international teams. The incumbent will focus heavily on sales administration, logistics coordination, and customer service for clients and distributors across Canada. In addition to traditional sales support tasks, this position includes responsibility for monitoring order flows, invoicing, and ERP/CRM support functions.

The position is specifically designed to ensure seamless B2B operations and serve as a bridge with the headquarters based in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall efficiency of sales tracking, focusing more intensely on customer relations, coordination with logistics partners, and monitoring internal processes to guarantee compliance with service standards.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the complete end-to-end customer order process;
Provide rigorous administrative and sales support to the sales team;
Handle daily communications with distributors and clients across Canada;
Coordinate with the headquarters in France as well as logistics partners;
Oversee delivery tracking, claim management, and invoicing;
Maintain up-to-date customer data, dashboards, and ERP/CRM tools.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in sales administration, customer service, or commercial coordination;
Experience in a B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environment (a major asset);
Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written (essential);
Excellent organizational skills, administrative rigor, and a strong customer service mindset.
Our client operates in Canada and internationally, including the United States and other countries. The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec requiring knowledge of a language other than French, demanding it only when necessary and when existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these functions.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (spoken and written). Specifically, this position will require the employee to:
Regularly communicate with English-speaking clients, partners, and employees located outside Quebec;
Work on projects, products, or deliverables that must be presented to clients in English.
