Responsibilities
Ensure excellent B2B customer service (by phone and email) in French and English for Canadian and American clientele.
Follow up on invoicing, deliveries, and orders.
Act as a coach and technical and administrative support for sales representatives.
Conduct report analyses and participate in promotion and marketing efforts.
Become a product expert (specialized machinery and equipment) in order to make sales suggestions and recommendations (no direct sales).
Actively participate in the improvement and implementation of new processes and systems (including ERP/CRM transition).
Qualifications
Bilingualism essential (French and English), spoken and written, in order to serve the pan-Canadian and American clientele.
Significant and proven experience in customer service.
Experience or knowledge of B2B (sales or sales support).
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in a complex field (construction, machinery).
Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to adapt to change.
Spanish is considered a major asset.Bilingualism essential (French and English), spoken and written, in order to serve the pan-Canadian and American clientele.
