As a Sales Support Coordinator (SSC), you play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales team and ensuring seamless coordination with advisors, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities span relationship management, meeting coordination, administrative support, reporting, and analytical tasks. You are essential to the success of the sales team, enabling them to focus on strategic selling while you manage the operational and organizational backbone.

Responsibilities
<> Customer Support & Relationship Building
-Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with advisors, wholesalers, and stakeholders through responsive and personalized communication.
-Address inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly, ensuring consistent and high-quality service.
-Provide process improvement feedback to enhance the customer experience.
-Collaborate effectively across teams and demonstrate openness to diverse perspectives and ideas.
-Contribute to a culture of approachability, teamwork, and service excellence.
<> Reporting & Data Management
-Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales and holding reports.
-Track performance against sales targets and maintain key metrics using tools like Salesforce (SFDC), QCA, and Power BI.
-Maintain and update advisor profiles in Salesforce, assisting with setup, edits, and requests as needed.
<> Advisor Meeting Coordination
-Coordinate up to 500 meetings annually with qualified advisors based on wholesaler priorities (e.g., A, HP, B tier).
-Help your wholesaler achieve meeting goals: 600 total meetings per year, with at least 150 being high-potential (HP).
-Maintain a proactive and full calendar, scheduling meetings 3–4 weeks in advance.
-Use SFDC Scheduler and Outlook to arrange meetings and avoid conflicts.
-Prepare and distribute meeting materials (e.g., reports, slides) in advance.
-Reserve venues, meeting rooms, or restaurants, arranging for AV and catering as necessary.
<> Timely and Accurate Task Completion
-Deliver high-quality work within designated timelines.
-Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
-Show initiative and ownership of your responsibilities within defined boundaries.
-Utilize company resources ethically and efficiently.
-Embrace feedback and commit to continuous performance improvement.
<> Event and Expense Coordination
-Manage co-op and branch meeting requests, submitting forms to WLSR and Compliance on time.
-Ensure advisor expenses are submitted and allocated in accordance with Sales Compliance Business Promo requirements.
-Enter expenses into Concur weekly and arrange travel accommodations (flights, hotels, rentals) as needed.
<> Knowledge & Analytical Thinking
-Apply your knowledge to meet role expectations, even with minimal supervision.
-Use analytical thinking to identify issues and propose proactive solutions.
-Prioritize tasks effectively to meet quality and productivity standards.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Sales Support experience
- Great Communication skill
-Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Power BI, MS Outlook, and Concur (or equivalent tools).
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
-Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

-This role may be hybrid or in-office depending on company policy.
-Occasional travel or overtime may be required for events or peak periods.
