détails d'emploi
Randstad Digital is currently partnering with a premier public financial institution dedicated to driving economic growth and corporate innovation across Quebec. Our client is executing a historic, large-scale digital transformation of their enterprise CRM ecosystem (encompassing Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud). To support this monumental initiative, we are seeking three top-tier tech professionals to join an agile, highly sophisticated operations team:
...
Salesforce UI/UX Specialist: Focused on crafting seamless, highly collaborative digital customer portals.
Salesforce QA Analyst: Dedicated to ensuring bulletproof data security, system integrity, and rigorous quality assurance.
Salesforce Developer: Responsible for architecting, integrating, and maximizes business value through custom CRM solutions.
Advantages
Modern Workspace: Conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Montreal.
Flexible Hybrid Model: 3 days on-site (collaboration anchor days on Mondays and Tuesdays, with a flexible third day) and 2 days remote.
State-of-the-Art Ecosystem: Work within a highly mature, structured DevOps environment with automated deployment pipelines.
High-Impact Projects: Play a vital role in a major digital evolution influencing the economic landscape of the province.
Responsibilities
Collaborate within an agile framework to optimize an enterprise-level platform servicing thousands of internal users and external portal registrants.
Design and deploy advanced functionalities, including automated lead and case management (Web-to-Lead, Email-to-Case), Outlook integrations, and complex data warehouse connectivity.
For UI/UX: Map user journeys and build intuitive portal interfaces, specifically supporting modules for financial programs and ESG initiatives.
For QA: Manage multi-tier sandbox testing strategies (Dev, QA, UAT) to safeguard data governance and cross-business-line security.
For Developer: Write clean, scalable code and leverage automated tools to integrate complex data streams into the core CRM.
Qualifications
Proven expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem (specifically Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
Familiarity with modern development and deployment methodologies (VSCode, Git, Azure DevOps, Gearset).
Strong collaborative skills to sync seamlessly with an established, high-performing internal operations squad.
Ability to occasionally travel to regional corporate offices (Quebec City) if required.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
Summary
Location: Downtown Montreal, QC (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Position Type: Full-time / Contractual opportunities available
Target Roles: Salesforce UI/UX Specialist / Salesforce QA / Salesforce Developer
