Responsibilities
Agile Governance & Evolution: Lead and optimize Agile, Lean, and DevOps ceremonies, shifting team mindsets toward true autonomy, high accountability, and continuous improvement.
Business & Technical Delivery: Partner closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, align delivery objectives with corporate strategies, and ensure a predictable, high-value release cycle.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, navigate, and mitigate intricate delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and organizational roadblocks.
Stakeholder Synchronization: Animate large-scale synchronization meetings, facilitating alignment between business analysts, architects, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor advanced delivery metrics to eliminate corporate frictions and enhance team velocity and predictability.
Qualifications
8 to 10 years of robust experience managing delivery tracks within Information Technology or large project landscapes.
At least 5 years of dedicated experience acting as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.
Proven track record navigating scaled Agile frameworks and managing multifaceted, multi-team dependencies.
Deep comprehension of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean philosophies, paired with hands-on mastery of tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Strong business acumen; background or knowledge in corporate finance, treasury, accounting, or financial markets is considered a major asset.
Recognized Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
Fluency in both French and English.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
