Responsibilities
Strategic Design: Architect and refine sophisticated authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, and contextual policies) to secure modern application landscapes.
Technical Implementation: Lead the integration of Okta capabilities, focusing on API security, claims management, and application scopes.
DevSecOps Integration: Automate security policy deployments using CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform) to support continuous delivery.
Advisory & Collaboration: Act as the subject matter expert for development and architecture teams, ensuring "Security by Design" for microservices and centralized platforms.
Standardization: Develop and maintain technical documentation, governance standards, and best practices for the IAM practice.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years in Information Security, with a deep focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Proven mastery of Okta, specifically regarding access policies and complex application integrations.
Strong technical background in modern architectures, including APIs, microservices, and cloud-native environments.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and automation (Scripting, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex security concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Language Requirements:
Excellent proficiency in French is required.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English is required.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.

Location: Montreal or Quebec City (Remote/Hybrid options).
Duration: Contract through March 31, 2027 (Path to permanency).
Type: Full-time (35 hours/week).
