This role is based in Toronto đ and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). The initial term is 8 months with the possibility of extension. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical delivery, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure the success of the transition to a modern digital identity ecosystem.

Responsibilities
âą Lead and manage product backlog creation and maintenance in Agile environments
âą Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
âą Translate system needs into functional specifications and business process models
âą Contribute to change management planning and transition documentation
âą Develop solution documentation: process maps, technical briefs, user guides, and traceability matrices
âą Participate in vendor deliverable evaluations and solution validation
âą Maintain consistent engagement with technical teams, vendors, and healthcare stakeholders
âą Assist in managing coexistence and integration planning for legacy and new identity systems
Qualifications
Must Have:
âą 7+ years of experience in Agile backlog management
âą 7+ years of business process modeling experience
âą 7+ years of experience in technical documentation
âą Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
âą Solid understanding of system analysis and Agile methodologies
âą Proven ability to develop JAD session frameworks, mock-ups, and detailed analysis
âą Familiarity with Jira and Azure DevOps
âą Experience in business, data, and process modeling techniques
âą Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
âą Ability to manage and deliver within aggressive timelines
Nice to Have:
đĄïž 7+ years of experience with Identity and Authorization Management systems
đ ïž Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions and cloud implementations
đ Experience defining performance metrics and conducting solution evaluations
đ Knowledge of AODA and accessibility standards
