We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished Senior Change Management Consultant with an extensive track record in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead high-visibility transformation strategies across the enterprise. In this role, you will take full ownership of the people-side of change, ensuring that large-scale structural, process, and technological transitions achieve maximum adoption and minimal resistance. Operating as a trusted strategic advisor, you will design actionable blueprints that bridge the gap between project execution and operational readiness, guiding diverse stakeholders and executive leadership smoothly through complex corporate transformations.

Responsibilities
Enterprise Change Architecture: Architect, implement, and scale comprehensive change management strategies, actionable frameworks, and targeted roadmaps for large transformational initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Identify, profile, and analyze key stakeholder groups across the enterprise, formulating robust engagement strategies to dissolve adoption barriers and build operational consensus.
Consultative Advisory & Coaching: Serve as an active, visible coach to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, equipping them to operate as change champions and effectively navigate resistance.
Communication & Training Enablement: Design, deploy, and oversee targeted communication vehicles, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, and stakeholder assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
Readiness & Impact Diagnosis: Design and conduct rigorous change readiness assessments and business impact analyses, presenting data-driven findings to leadership to steer mitigation plans.
Risk & Resistance Mitigation: Proactively identify potential people-side risks, map anticipated points of structural resistance, and develop tactical blueprints to address and neutralize operational concerns.
Adoption Analytics & Telemetry: Establish and administer definitive measurement structures to track, analyze, and report on individual adoption rates, system utilization, and proficiency metrics.

Qualifications
Enterprise Change Management Seniority: 15+ years of progressive professional experience leading large-scale Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives within highly complex enterprise environments (Strictly Required).
Large-Scale Transformation Footprint: Proven track record successfully managing change strategies for high-density projects featuring a diverse and complex matrix of corporate stakeholders (Strictly Required).
Communications & Training Mastery: Expert-level proficiency building actionable, targeted change tools, including end-to-end communication plans, user training frameworks, and sponsor roadmaps (Strictly Required).
Methodological Framework Depth: Deep functional mastery of industry-standard OCM principles, methodologies, structured processes, and analytical change tools.
Impact & Readiness Analytics: Extensive experience conducting quantitative change impact assessments, organizational readiness audits, and defining adoption success metrics.
Conflict & Resistance Triage: Advanced capabilities in root-cause troubleshooting for user resistance, paired with excellent conflict resolution and corporate negotiation mechanics.
Soft Skills: Outstanding active listening, group facilitation, and presentation capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence individuals at all tiers of an organization toward a shared objective.
