Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap: Evaluate existing FileNet architectures to design and execute a comprehensive transition plan toward CP4BA environments.
Platform Stabilization: Act as the technical lead for stabilizing the ICN ecosystem and managing critical application upgrades (Datacap) to meet rigorous institutional standards.
Infrastructure Synergy: Collaborate with Security and Network teams to refine storage solutions (FSx), access protocols, and system connectivity.
Data Orchestration: Develop indexing schemas and oversee IBM Content Collector (ICC) integrations for seamless file and email ingestion.
Security & Resilience: Architect Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks, manage CyberArk security integrations, and conduct deep-dive risk assessments.
Operational Excellence: Document transition workflows and define the target operating model for post-migration sustainability.
Qualifications
Language Requirements: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
Subject Matter Expertise: Extensive experience with the IBM FileNet P8 suite, including CPE, ICN, Case Manager, Datacap, and ICC.
Migration Track Record: Proven success migrating enterprise systems to Cloud (AWS or Azure) and CP4BA platforms.
Technical Depth: Advanced knowledge of HADR configurations, storage migration (FSx), and BAI optimization.
Banking Acumen: Experience navigating the compliance, security, and agility requirements of a large-scale financial institution.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
