- Base Salary Range for SENIOR HR MANAGER $95k -$135k
- + Profit Sharing Target % with payout based on profitability of the company

At our Cascades facilities in North Carolina you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Tissue Group as the Senior Human Resource Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Superior operational abilities and extensive knowledge of the various aspects of human resources: compensation and benefits management, health management, talent management, etc.
- Extensive employee relations experience under a collective bargaining agreement
- Lead a team of HR professionals while supporting attract and retain objectives and the monthly, quarterly, and annual Cascades HR initiatives.
- Provide performance management and workforce development coaching and consulting to the operations and administrative leadership team.
- Facilitate report out of HR analytics, monthly HR & company initiatives, and announcements.
- Represent Cascades Tissue Group at community and corporate events and meetings. Some travel to Canada will be required.
- Promote change initiatives through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Introduce and support continuous improvement concepts while providing guidance and oversite to reach intended objectives.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
- Human Resource experience in a union manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills and ability to set priorities. Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 5+ years’ professional human resource leadership experience in a union production setting.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
