Our client is looking for a Senior IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist for a 9 month contract in Toronto.

Responsibilities
• Strategic Portfolio Leadership:

Establish and maintain product backlogs aligned with business priorities and technical constraints.
Drive requirements management across complex stakeholder environments involving Supply Ontario, external partners.
Champion user-centered design and benefits realization measurement throughout the development lifecycle.
• Portfolio Optimization & Governance:
Establish portfolio-level KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
Lead investment prioritization and resource allocation decisions across the technology portfolio.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and portfolio optimization based on delivery performance and business value.
Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with technology standards and governance requirements.
• Change Management & Organizational Enablement:
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for technology adoption across the organization.
Lead agile coaching and practice improvement initiatives across delivery teams.
Establish training and capability development programs for internal teams and stakeholders.

• Vendor and Resource Management:
Manage relationships with implementation partners and technology vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
