This hybrid position (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) is based in Toronto đ of 8 months, with the possibility of extension. You will work closely with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines, communications, and operations are tightly managed. Responsibilities
âą Provide day-to-day project coordination including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing timelines
âą Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, logs, reports, and risk registers
âą Collaborate with internal teams to ensure updates are captured for budgeting, action items, and progress tracking
âą Manage and support stakeholder meetings including scheduling, minute taking, and follow-ups
âą Support procurement and vendor management operations
âą Facilitate change request documentation and release management coordination
âą Assist in onboarding new clients and integrating client applications
âą Support service request tickets and triage issues to the appropriate SMEs
âą Monitor documentation repositories and ensure version control and organization
âą Ensure full knowledge transfer and documentation handoff before project completion
Qualifications
Must Have:
âą 7+ years of experience in project coordination within large-scale projects
âą Proven knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
âą Strong documentation and reporting skills including schedules, logs, and stakeholder minutes
âą Demonstrated success in managing stakeholder relationships and issue escalation
âą Experience supporting change management processes and request coordination
âą Excellent organizational and communication skills
âą Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Nice to Have:
đ 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
đ Understanding of software development lifecycles
đ Public sector or healthcare project experience
