Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure projects, from planning and execution to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic corporate objectives.
Organize and lead multi-disciplinary project teams, coordinating with technical experts, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
Manage project scope, budget, and timelines using established planning and tracking tools, providing transparent status reports to leadership.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
Adapt your project management approach to multi-mode environments, including Agile and traditional waterfall methodologies.
Foster a collaborative environment, exercising strong leadership to guide teams toward a shared vision and common goals.
Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure-related projects.
Proven experience managing projects in large-scale, complex enterprise environments is essential.
Solid understanding of core infrastructure concepts: cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), data centers, virtualization, networking (F5, NGINX), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM).
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Advanced bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset, required for communication with teams and partners across Canada.
Assets: Knowledge of ITIL, experience with Azure DevOps or Ansible Automation Platform, an Akamai certification, or previous experience in an Agile context.
