Our client is looking for a Project Manager/Leader for a 9 months contract with the potential to extend (up to 3 additional terms of 67 business days). The role follows a hybrid model with 3 days onsite per week at Toronto.

Responsibilities
âą Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects with multiple streams and dependencies
âą Develop and maintain detailed integrated project schedules and budgets using Planview
âą Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
âą Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; ensure appropriate escalation
âą Oversee resource allocation, ensure skill alignment, and support resource onboarding
âą Coordinate testing, change management, and transition-to-support processes
âą Conduct reviews of vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards
âą Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and communication
âą Maintain detailed documentation, including status updates, change logs, and knowledge transfer materials
âą Align project plans with digital, architectural, and information management standards
Qualifications
Must Have:
âą 5+ years' experience in project management of large, complex, cross-functional IT or business transformation projects
âą Demonstrated leadership in business change management and stakeholder engagement
âą Proficiency with Planview, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
âą Experience managing project financials, resource plans, and enterprise governance reporting
âą Strong communication and presentation skills for senior executive engagement
Nice to Have:
âą Experience in public sector or healthcare environments
âą Familiarity with clinician workflows and healthcare transformation projects
âą Knowledge of OPS PMO frameworks and IT standards
âą Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall delivery streams
âą Understanding of digital health systems, information security, and data governance
