Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Leader for a 9 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate IT modernization projects for complex multi-platform systems using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Manage full SDLC, ensuring delivery of data-driven BI solutions (Microsoft BI Suite preferred).
• Facilitate technical reviews and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and executive reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
• Conduct risk assessments (TRA, PIA) and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage multiple project teams, resources, and budgets.
• Implement best practices, standards, and compliance (AODA, OPS).
• Support business users and drive adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
10+ years in the following:
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating and planning for the modernization of large, complex multi-platform, multitier information technology systems.
• Experience conducting detailed review of technical solutions on a variety of software platforms (e.g., Java, .Net, Informatica, Oracle, Power BI, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with analytics or business intelligence tools and leading BI (Microsoft BI Suite technology preferred) projects with data-driven decision making
• Experience leading the planning, coaching, communication and execution of actions that lead toward delivery and adoption of data-driven solutions
• Proven experience using a variety of methodologies to carry-out the software development lifecycle (e.g., Agile, waterfall, hybrid)
• Experience working closely with business teams and development team to generate proof of concepts and prototypes with new and proven technologies
