We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist to manage end-to-end quality assurance, test strategy planning, and execution for large-scale enterprise systems. In this role, you will provide strategic advice on test plans, select optimal testing tools, and lead quality assurance efforts across Graphical User Interface (GUI) and non-GUI environments. Combining manual test expertise with hands-on test automation and performance engineering, you will execute functional, integration, API, performance, and accessibility test suites to ensure enterprise platforms deliver maximum stability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities
Strategic Test Planning: Develop, document, and execute master test strategies, comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases aligned with complex business requirements and architectural specs.
Full-Spectrum Test Execution: Plan and organize testing efforts across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including unit, system integration (SIT), functional, non-functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Automated & API Testing: Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and perform end-to-end API testing using Postman.
Performance & Load Validation: Conduct load and performance stress testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner to validate system throughput and responsiveness under peak traffic conditions.
Accessibility Auditing: Perform detailed accessibility testing and compliance validation adhering to AODA and WCAG standards.
Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, log, track, and triage software bugs using defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps, collaborating directly with IT leads and development teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Database & Environment Verification: Execute database query scripts using SQL and Oracle to validate data integrity, backend transformations, and test data setup.
Continuous Integration Support: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like Jenkins, Git, or GitLab to support continuous quality validation.
Cross-Functional Advisory: Provide expert advisory on testing methodologies, resource identification, and QA tool selection while producing detailed test summary reports and status metrics for project leadership.
Qualifications
Software Testing Seniority: 10+ years of progressive professional software testing experience within enterprise-level IT environments and large-scale systems (Strictly Required).
Manual & Automated Testing Mastery: Hands-on working experience in both manual testing and building automated testing frameworks (Strictly Required).
Test Automation Tooling: Direct experience creating automated test scripts using Selenium and executing API test suites with Postman (Strictly Required).
Performance Testing Tooling: Proven experience designing and executing performance/load tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar solutions (Strictly Required).
Methodology & Accessibility Depth: Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models, along with hands-on experience in AODA accessibility compliance testing (Strictly Required).
Database & Technical Tooling: Proficient with database query languages (SQL, Oracle), defect management systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git/GitLab).
Soft Skills: Superior analytical problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proven ability to work effectively under aggressive project timelines.
